River Street Cemetery

Plainsville Cemetery

This Cemetery is located on River Street, in Plainsville. I am told is on the old Blanchard Estate. It is very old and I have done the best I can to transcribe the stones in it. There are many that cannot to be at all and others the you can make out some of the information but not of all it.
I hope this helps you find an ancestor that you have not been able to find. I have lived in Luzerne County my whole life, traveled this road many times and never seen this cemetery before. It is barely visible from the road and is now being maintained by a neighbor of the cemtetery.
