Phebe D. Pringle of Plymouth, PA. being weak of body but of sound mind & memory do make this my will. As follows my executors will pay all my debts and funeral expenses and then put a good plain tombstone at my grave.
Second, What my executor shall sell or dispose of all my property at private sale or otherwise and after paying all expenses he will divide the balance equally between my three daughters Mrs. Miles Davenport, Mrs. Minerva Underwood & Mrs. Freeman Polk.
Third & Lastly - I make and appoint Oliver Davenport of Plymouth Pa. Executor of this my will.
Witness my hand and Seal this fifteenth day of June A. D. 1867.

Be it remembered that on the 15th day of August 1867. Before me John Lynch Esq. Register for the probate of will and guaranteeing letters of Administration in and for the County aforesaid, personally came Minerva U. Polk one of the subscribing witnesses to the above and aforegoing last will and testament of Phebe Pringle the testator, and E. D. Polk who is not a subscribing witness but who saw and was present and heard the testatrix sign, seal, publish and declare the foregoing instrument os witnessed and for last will and testament, and that at the time of so doing she was of sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief and that said M. U. Polk did sign her name as subscribing witness in the presence of E. D. Polk and in the presence and at the request of the said testatrix.

Be it remembered that Letters of Administration Cum T. A. (Oliver Davenport the Executor named in the above will having renounced his right to act as such) Were this day granted upon above will unto Elizabeth Davenport, she having first got sufficient surety and being duly sworn according to law, to well and truly administer the goods and chattles, rights and credits of the said decedents estate according to law.
