Obituary of Mrs. Martha Yezarsky



Mrs. Martha Yezarsky, who resided with her daughter, Mrs. Verna Moyer of 210 North Street, West Hazleton, died (May 11, 1958) early yesterday afternoon at her home.

Born in Lithuania, Mrs. Yezarsky came to this country 60 years ago and resided in Mahanoy City for a short time before moving to West Hazleton where she has lived every since.

She was a member of St. Peter and Paul's Lithuanian Church, this city, and a member of the Rosary Society of that Parish.

Surviving are the following children: Louis of Cranberry, Mrs. Verna Moyer of West Hazleton, Mrs. Anna Fetter of Orlando, FL, Mrs Sue Soda, Mrs. Michael Caputa, Mrs. Charles Guenther, Mrs. Joseph Gonzolez, Albert and George Yezarsky all of New York, Mrs. Oliver Moore of Milwaukee, Wis. Also surviving are 30 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren, as well as two brothers Peter and Joseph, in Europe.

The funeral will be held Wednesday morning at 8:30 from the Grontkowski Funeral Home, 99 West Green Street, West Hazleton, with solemn requiem high mass at 9:00 o'clock, at St. Peter and Paul's Lithuanian Church, and interment in the parish cemetary. Friends may call at the funeral home this evening and tomorrow evening.
