Mrs. Mary Holodick

Mrs. Mary Holodick of 53 Milbre Street, Swoyersville, died Saturday morning at her home. She had been under a physician's care the last several years. Born in Swoyersville, daughter of Lesko and Milnik Palenchak, she was a member of St. Nicholas Greek Catholic Church, Swoyersville, its Altar and Rotary Society and Ladies Guild. Surviving are her husband, John; sons, John, Jr. Seaford, Del.; George, Miami, Fla., and Daniel, Swoyersville; sisters, Mrs. Cyril Hornick, Swoyersville; Mrs. William Surma, Port Griffith, and Mrs. Clement Mioskie, Elizabeth, N. J.. Nine Grandchildren also survive. The funeral will be held Wednesday morning at 8:30 from the funeral home, 1442 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort, with a Requiem Mass at 9 in St. Nicholas Greek Catholic Church. Internment in the parish cemetery, Swoyersville. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 10. Parastas service will be held Tuesday night at 7 with Rev. George Hritz officiating.
