Jul. 29 Joseph Lait Austrian Miner 29 S 0 0 Lattimer Luzerne Fatally injured by falling coal knocking him down chute.
Aug. 06 Andrew Lagonski Hungarian Miner 50 M 1 6 Eckley Luzerne Instantly killed by coal rolling over on them when they barred it down in breast.
