Dec. 06 George Kaspriski Polish Miner 49 M 1 6 Butler Luzerne Instantly killed by fall of roof in heading.

Dec. 10 Joseph Sincavage Lithuanian Miner's laborer 26 S 0 0 Number 6 Luzerne Fatally injured by fall of coal from rib. Died about a month later.
