Estate of John Henry, dec'd.
The petition of William Henry, Samuel Henry, George Henry and Jacob Henry, sons and heirs of John Henry, deceased above the age of 20 years was read. Setting forth That the Said John Henry died intestate about the 21st day of December 1834 leaving a Widow and thirteen children, Viz. George, William, Casper, Jacob, Samuel, Mary, Elizabeth, Catharine, Sarah, Elisa, Joanna, Ann, Margaret; who are intermarried with William Keshbaugh, William Freese, Solomon Keck, George Sosa, Philip Hoffman, Daniel Rough, Henry Rough and seized in his demise as of a fee of and the following described real estate, viz; One farm called the Homestead Containing about 150 Acres, another farm Containing about 90 Acres. No partition of valuation of the Said Estate having been had the petitioners pray the Court to order and appoint Seven Judicious Men to make partition or Evaluation of the Said premises according to the Act of Assembly in Such Case Made and provided and to make report of their proceedings herein at the Next Orphans Court after they Shall have so parted or valued the Same.
