Jesper Billings
I Jesper Billings of Tunkhannock Township County of Luzerne, and state of Pennsylvania do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following. I give and bequeath to my dear beloved wife Mary Billings all my goods Estate and chattles as also the use and improvement of all my real estate during her natural life I give and bequeath to my daughters Susan Betsey and Lucitta as good an outfit as many beds and beddings as my daughters have all ready had that are married each to be paid to them and each of them on their marriage or when they shall arrive at the age of twenty one years each I give and bequeath to my daughter Sally Capwell one dollar I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Chamberlain one dollar I give and bequeath to my daughter Lydia Stark one dollar I give and bequeath to my daughter Zurvah Rosenceants one dollar I give and bequeath to my daughter Eunice Gardner one dollar I give and bequeath to my daughter Pertina Stark one dollar, I give and bequeath to my daughter Julans Stephens one dollar, I give and bequeath to my sons Samuel Billings and Lewis Billings all my real estate to be eaqually divided among them as allso the farming utensils Cattle and all my moveable property on the farm the said farm to be appeized at my decease and whatever betterments my son Lewis may make on the premises my son Samuel is to pay him for one half on the household furniture beds and bedding or whar may remain after the above mention legacies the said Mary Billings my wife may dispose of as she thinks proper and left fully at her option and I do hereby nominate constitue and appoint my beloved son Samuel Billings sole executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other and former will by me at anytime heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, the fourtheenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty one.
