I, Charlotte D. Davis of the Borough of Luzerne County of Luzerne and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made that is to say, first, I will and direct that all just debts that may exist against me at my decease may be settled. Second, I give and bequeath to my son George A. Davis and my daughter Fannie E. Gallagher all my household furniture and other personal property of every kind and description to be equally divided between them share and share alike. Third, I give devise and bequeath to my son George A. Davis my house and lot and its appurtenances situated in Luzerne Borough County of Luzerne to have and to hold the same to him his heirs and assign forever. Lastly I appoint my son George A. Davis to be the executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I Charlotte D. Davis the testatrix have set my hand and seal this tenth day of August AD 1892. Charlotte D. Davis
