This is the will of Cyrus RISTENBATT, brother to John and Sarah. Cyrus
was married to Lucy Ann SNYDER. She died 1902. Both buried Mt.
Lebanon Cemetery.
I, Cyrus RISTENBATT, of the city of Lebanon, Lebanon County and state of
Pennsylvania, do make and publish my last will and testament, as
follows: I order that all of my just debts, funeral expenses and charges
of proving this my will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied; I also
order my nephew, Harmon[sic] RISTENBATT, who is hereby appointed
sole executor of this my last will and testament, to draw the $150 out of
the Brotherhood and pay above debts and erect tombstones for my wife
and two daughters (one base for myself and wife , and one base for the
two girls).
I give, devise and bequeath my whole estate, real and personal, unto my
five children, Jefferson, Libbie, Annie Clara, Amelia, and granddaughter,
(Kate's child), Lola INGRAM[Donna note: Lola was born in Delaware and
died in California.), - six shares- equally and my said executor to sell
real estate from one to five years after my death, whenever in his
opinion, he can secure best prices. I want my household goods to be
divided in equal shares. In testimony whereof, I have herunto set my
hand and seal this twenty-fourth day of January, A.D. 1903.
