Complications following an illness resulted in the death of William Quigley, aged 82, who passed away at the Lawrence county home this morning at 8:45 o'clock.
Born in Slippery Rock township on August 26, 1858, son of James and Polly Sharp Quigley, he spent his entire life in Lawrence county. He had been a farmer and was a member of the Presbyterian church. Mr. Quigley was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Dalzell, in 1928.
His only surviving relative is a nephew, Charles Quigley of Hickory township.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the R. L. Boyd funeral home, North Jefferson street, with Rev. C. S. Newsom, paster of the Mt. Herman Presbyterian church, in charge. Interment will be in Mt. Herman cemetery, near Princeton.
Friends may call at the funeral home any time Tuesday or Wednesday.
