Thelma M Woods Milliken, 72, of RD 4 Scott Township, New Castle died August 15, 1995 at St Francis Hospital. Born April 19, 1923 in Scott Township the daughter of George and Rachael Boyd Woods. Married Arthur R Milliken who died in 1972. Retired self-employed seamstress. Member of Evangel Community Church. Survived by two daughters, Sharon L Brunswick and Beth A Robison of New Castle; a son, Daniel R Kerr of Kane; two step-sons, Harry Milliken of Wampum and Russell Milliken of Enon Valley; three sisters and six grandchildren. Services tomorrow at the Turner-Myers Funeral Home, 208 N Jefferson St, Clarence T Drake, former pastor of Evangel Community Church officiating. Burial in Unity Baptist Cemetery.
