Charley McVay
Died September 21, 1863, age 3 years.
On Monday morning, the 21st of September, 1863. CHARLEY, infant son of J. H. and Ellen McVay, aged three months, and sixteen days.
"One sweet flower has drooped and faded,
One sweet infant voice has fled;
One dear brow the grave has shaded,
Our dear CHARLIE now is dead"
