Mrs. Thelma R. McClelland GARDNER, 79, of Edinburg RD 1, died Jan. 3, 1978 in Jameson Memorial Hospital after an extended illness. She was born in New Castle on Sept. 17, 1898, to Herbert Leroy and Lenorah Wilson McClelland. Her husband, Clement J. Gardner, died April 22, 1965. She is survived by a niece, Vera T. Hilton of this city, and a nephew, Leo L. Jones of Washington, DC. She was preceded in death by two sisters; Miss Gladis McClelland and Mrs. Vera Weigle. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
