Charles H. Fletcher, aged 61 years, died Sunday at 7:10 p.m. at his home, 426 Waldo Street , Following a six days' illness. He was born in Westbromwich, Staffordshire, England, January 19, 1860 and came to this country in 1880. For fourteen years he mad his home in Youngstown but since that time has resided here. He was employed as stationary engineer at the Carnegie Steel Company for the past twenty years. The deceased was a member of the Graceland M.E. Church and the Modern Woodmen of America. Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Fletcher and the following children: Mrs. Louisa Campbell of Woodlawn; Mrs. Prudence Bailey, Mrs. Winifred Thompson, Charles E., Benjamin, George J. and Samuel C., all of this city; the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Louisa Ward of Groveland, Florida; James of Youngstown, and Daniel of St. Louis and also five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held from the Grace M.E. Church wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be made at Greenwood cemetery.
