H. GRANT FEHRENBACH

H. (Hilary) Grant Fehrenbach, 71, of 122 Shipmans Eddy, died in Warren General Hospital at 9:06 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 20, 1988, after an extended illness. A son of the late Francis J. and Mary Gardner Fehrenbach he was born July 15, 1917, in New Castle, Pa, and moved to Warren in 1964. He was employed by GTI in Starbrick as a toolmaker, retiring due to ill health. He previously had worked in New Castle as a buyer at Strouss-Hirschberg.

Surviving are his wife, Beatrice I. Johnston Fehrenbach, whom he married July 24, 1937; one son, William Fehrenbach of Warren; one daughter, Mrs. William (Beatrice) Mansfield of Reidsville, N.C.; three grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Dale (LaVerne) Shoaf of Largo, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Fehrenbach. Burial was in Warren County Memorial Park.
