Frank William Ling , son of Roy Clark and Nannie Katharine (Sell) Ling. They lived at RD Vintondale Indiana County, Pa. all there married lives. Frank was born in the home in 1928. He married Sarah Jolene Phillips daughter of David A. and Mary Johanna (Hopkins) Phillips and they lived in the same home almost all there married life. They had three daughters. He died 4th of July 2000.
