Warriors Mark Township History
History of Huntingdon and Blair Counties, Pennsylvania by J. Simpson Africa Philadelphia, PA: Louis H. Everts, 1883
Warrior’s Mark township was erected in 1798, included the northwestern part of Snyder and a small portion of Tyrone, now in Blair County, and a considerable area of territory that in 1800 was included in the new county of Centre. The Lewisburg and Tyrone Railroad enters the township near the southwestern border, and traverses its whole length in a northeastern direction.
