Camp Run Farmer CommitsSuicide
Jollytown, Aug, 6.--Clarke Hennen, 63, wellknown farmer of Camp Run,W. Va., near here, was found dead yesterday forenoon in the barn wherehe had hung himself. No reason for the suicide was given byrelatives.
The body was found by his granddaughter, MissAnna Hennen, who went tothe barn yesterday around 11 o'clock to call him to dinner. Dr.E. W. Rose, of Hundred, W. Va., said he had been dead several hours.
Mr. Hennen, whose home is south of theMason-Dixon Line, was bornOctober 24, 1876, a son of the late Alex and Lucinda TaylorHennen. He spent his entire life on the farm where he was born.
He married Anna Pethtel, who died 20 years ago.
Surving are one daughter, Mrs. Ora Fordyce, ofFairmont, W. Va.; foursons, James Hennen, Philadelphia; Russell and Edison Hennen, at home,and Milton Hennen, of Camp Run, W. Va.; one sister, Mrs. ClaraUnderwood, Claysville, and three brothers, John and Frank Hennen, WestAlexander, and Martin Hennen, of Camp Run.
