Jack Antil
     JackAntil, aged 79 years, died at his home in Deep Valley on Tuesdayafternoon, March 8, 1938, at 4:30 o'clock of a heart ailment.  Hehad been in poor health for the past five years.
     The deceased was born at New Freeport, a sonof Ison and Susan PethtelAntil, deceased, and had spent all of his life in Greene County. He was twice married, his first wife, Mrs. Angeline Kuhn Antil, diedten years ago while his second wife, Mrs. Ida Phillips Chaney Antilsurvives.  One son, Harvey C. Antil, of McDonald, survives alongwith two brothers and a half-sister, George B. Antil, of Burton; PeterAntil, of Everson, and Mrs. Josephine Rhome Lyon, of Fairmont, W.Va.  Nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survives.
     Short funeral services will be held at thehome Thursday afternoon withadditional services in the Sand Hill Church of Christ, with the Rev. V.K. Betts, of Cameron, W. Va., officiating.  Interment will be inthe Sand Hill Cemetery.
