WILL OF ESTER HAGERTY

I, Ester Hagerty of Redstone Township in the County of Fayette and State of
Pennsylvania.- widow being of sound mind memory and understanding do make
and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void
all former will by me at any time heretofore made. And first I direct that
my body be decently interred in the Pleasant View Cemetery in Redstone
Township according to the rites and ceremonies of the Cumberland
Presbyterian Church and that my funeral be conducted in a manner
corresponding with my estate and situation in life as to such estate as it
hath pleased God to intrust me with. I, dispose of the same as follows. viz.
Item I give and bequeath to my oldest daughter Louisiana Brown one large
flowered coverlid and one Logg cabin quilt set together with gray goods.
Item, second, I give and bequeath to my daughter Indiana Hagerty one small
figuered coverlid and lone log cabin quilt set together with brown and black
goods. Item thi! rd I give and bequeath to my daughter Louisa McDonald one
small figured Logg Cabin quilt. Item fourth, all the rest and residue of my
personal estate whatosever and wheresoever of what nature kind and quality
soever the same may be and not hereinbefore given and disposed of after
paying my debts legacies and funeral expenses it is my will and request to
be divided among all my children Samuel C. Hagerty and Clark Hagerty and
Findley Hagerty and Louisiana Brown and Indiana Hagerty and Louisa McDonald.
and that they share and share alike and to their heirs and assigns forever,
and lastly I nominate constitute and support my sons Samuel C. Haggerty
(sic), and Clark Haggerty (sic) to be the executors of this my last will and
testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the
thirtyeth day of June inthe year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
eighty two-

Signed, sealed, published and declared by Ester Hagerty the Testatrix above
named as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in
her presance at her request and in the presence of eath other have hereunto
set our names as witnesses.

(seal) Be it remembered that on the 7th day of April A.D.1899
before me, Frank H. Rosboro, Register for the Probate of wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for said County came Sevilla Gallaher,
Ollive Gribble (now Roberts) and Jacob M. Gallaher subscribing witnesses to
the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and
Testament of Ester Hgerty, deceased, who being duly sworn, according to Law,
did each depose and say that they were personally present, and sw the said
Ester Haggerty (sic) sign and seal the foregoing Instrument of writing by
making her mark and heard her declare the same to be her last will and
Testament, .....sound and disposing mind and memory, to the best of their
belief. That they signed their names as witnesses thereto by request of the
said Testament in her presence and in the presence of eath other and that
they know of no undue influence being...! said will or any later will made.
