This my last will and testament made this 14th day of August 1911.  I hereby
bequeath to Linsey T. Russell trustee for Louisa Russell, with the right to
sell and handle the property as he may think best.  The one half interest in
all that certain tract or parcel of land known as the Cherler Farm situated
in Franklin Township, Fayette Co., State of Pennsylvania.  The same being
conveyed to William Russell and his wife by deed of Mordica McDonald
executor of the McDonald estate.  The said Linsey T. Russell shall have the
right and privilege to divide the farm taking the part lieing next to
Flatwoods.
