Directions: From Uniontown take Rt 43 (PA turnpike) south and exit before it becomes a toll road at the Smithfield exit. Turn left onto Big Six Road and follow it about 1 mile until it intersects with Rt. 857 (Fairchance Road). Turn right, travel a little over 1 mile, going up a hill and on the downside turn right onto Haydentown Hill Road (opposite Mud Pike Road). Cross over the bridge and the church is on your left with the cemetery to the right of the church.
