Directions: From the overpass where Rt 119 passes over Rt 40 in Uniontown, go north on Rt 119 for 4.3 miles and bear off on ramp to Connellsville St Ext. Go 0.2 miles to the bottom of the ramp and turn right (Gallatin Ave Ext). Go 0.25 miles and the cemetery is on the left at the back right corner of the old church. There are 3 visible stones, one base for a stone, and one foot stone. There appear to be more graves that either did not have markers or markers have been removed. The church has been vacant for years. Recorded March 15, 2008.
