Savard, John (Savoir, Jean), b. abt 1832, Quebec. Married Rose Monnin in Crawford County abt 1862. Was a cooper in Guys Mills, Randolph Twp 1870 census.  Daughter, Mary Rose, was my grandmother. His daughter Emilie, reportedly married to a Frank Sherwood. After Rose died in 1880 and his children were given into the care of his brothers, James and Francis, and his older ones put into an orphanage.
