William F. and Francis J. Huddy.  The family is found in the 1930 Census for Crawford, Meadville, PA.  Three children, all boys.  One being my grandfather.  I know the family was in Meadville in 1925, their youngest son, Franklin, was born there in 1925.  William's occupation is listed as "Photographer".
