In the name of God Amen. I Samuel Graff of Woodcock Township Crawford County state of Pennsylvnia being sick and weak in body but sound of mind memory and understanding (______be God for the same) but considering the uncertainity of this transitory life do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit.---

Principally and first of all I recommend my immortal soul into hands of God who gives it and my body to the earth to be buried in a decent and christian like manner at the direction of my executors hereinafter named and to worldly estate wherewith it hath God to help me in this life I give and dispose of the same in the following manner to wit.

First I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Susanna Graff the use profit and income of my plantation which I own in Sadsbury Township Crawford County together with all my household furniture and in short of everything I may _______ of during her natural life and after the decease of my said wife it is my will and desire that my plantation before mentioned and the household furniture left by my said wife shall be sold by public sale by my executors and the money arising from such sale be divided among my nine children in the following manner that is to say to my daughter Nancy Weber I give and bequeath one Dollar, to my Daughter Susanna I give and bequeath one Dollar, to my son John Graff I give and bequeath one Dollar, to my son Jacob I give and bequeath one Dollar, to my son Abraham I give and bequeath one Dollar to my daughter Peggy Brunner I give and bequeath fifty Dollars to my daughter Polly Jones I give and bequeath fifty Dollars and the rest of the money after the above bequests or legacies are paid shall be divided between the two remaining children namely one part or moiety to my son Isaac Graff and the other part or moiety to my daughter Cathrin Flach share and share alike but it is my express will and desire that the share or portion which is coming to my daughter Cathrin Flach shall remain in the hands of my Executors and to paid over to her in such part or portions as her situation or wants may call for

And lastly I nominate constitute and apoint [sic] my said wife and my grandson Samuel Flach of Woodcock Township Crawford County to be my Executors of this my will and testament hereby revoking all other wills, legacies and bequests by me heretofore made, and declaring this and no other to be my last will and Testament-----

Personally appeared before the subscriber Register of Wills in and for said county Conrad Baughman and Tobias Grubb, subscribing witnesseth to the foregoing instrument of ______ ______ to the last will and testament of Samuel Graff late of Woodcock Township deceased, and on being duly sworn according to law, depose and say, that they were present and saw the said Samuel Graff, the testor therein named sign his name thereto, and heard him declare the same to be his last will and testament at, which time he appeared to be of sound and _____ mind and memory; and that they severally subscribed their names as witnesseth to said will at the request of the said Samuel Graff and in his presence and in the presence of each other.
