Know all men by these presents that I Daniel
Boyle of the Township of Summit county of Crawford and State of
Pennsylvania being of sound mind, memory, and understanding this my last
will and Testament in the manner and form follwing.
First, I will devise and bequeth to my wife, Mary
Boyle the farm on which we now reside during her natural life
bounded on the south by a Public Highway ont he west by the Heirs of Josiah
Gibson and the north by William Close and on the James
Henratty containing sixty acres more or less and all the personal
property I may have at the time of my decease Household goods, horses,
cattle, and all that I have for her use.
Second, And I will devise and bequeath to my son, James
Boyle his heirs or _____ after my wife Mary
Boyle's death the above described farm on which we now reside
subject to the following bequests.
Third, I will that my son James
Boyle shall pay to my daughter, May McGuire one
year after my wife's death one hundred dollars and to my daughter Catharine
Higgins one hundred dollars in two years to my daughter Elizabeth
Boyle one hundred dollars in three years to my daughter Sarah
Boyle one hundred dollars, in four years to my daughter Alice
Boyle one hundred dollars, in five years to my daughter Harriet
Boyle one hundred dollars, in six years to my daughter Nancy
Boyle one hundred dollars, in seven years and I will that all my
unmarried daughters shall have a home at the ____ House as long as they
remain singe.
Fourth, I will that in two years after my death my
farm in Summerhill Twp., bounded on the south by the Heirs of Henry
Norris on the west by John and Samuel Sproul
on the north by land formerly belonging to Hiram
Potter, on the east by land formerly own by James
Boyle of towards by William Watson
containing thirty acres more or less to be sold and the money be divided
equally between my seven daughters whose names are mentioned above and I
authorize my executor to sell the said land in Summerhill and make a Deed
for the same.
I nominate constitue and approve my wife, Mary
Boyle to be my executor to execute this my last will and testament
hereby revoking and making vod all former wills by me heretofore made and
do declare this to be my last will and testament in witness where of I
have here unto set my hand and seal the 10th day of March AD 1884.
