I, Henry Albaugh of Vernon Township Crawford County, Pennsylvania, Farmer being
of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, do make publish and
declare this my last will and testament as follows.
I give devise and bequeath all my Estate real, personal and mixed of which I
shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at my decease
unto My Seven Children, William Albaugh, Joseph Albaugh, Catherine Boyersmith,
Anna Barackman, Henry Albaugh, John Albaugh, and George Albaugh, to be equally
divided among them Share and Share alike, to them their heirs and assigns
forever.
And I hereby nominate Constitute and Appoint My Sons Henry Albaugh and George
Albaugh Executors of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I, Henry Albaugh the testator have to this my last will and
testament set my hand and seal this Seventeenth day of April A.D. 1908

The Petition of Henry Albaugh and George Albaugh showeth: That Henry
Albaugh late of the city of Meadville, County of Crawford, State of
Pennsylvania, died at home of Mrs. Catherine Boyersmith on the 13th day of
November A.D. 1936 at or near the hour of 11:00 A.M.., testate, leaving a last
will and testament dated 17th day of April, 1908 which is now offered for
probate, wherein decedent nominated and appointed Henry Albaugh and George
Albaugh executors thereof. That at the time of death decedent was a citizen
and resident of the County of Crawford, aforesaid, and the owner of property as
follows:
Personal property valued at about $5138.65
Real estate valued at about $ none....it being.....acres of land situate
in.....Township, Crawford County, Pa.
The names and places of residence of the only heirs at law and next of kin of
said decedent are as follows:
No child or children having been born to said testator since the date of said
will.

all such process and proceedings may be had and taken for that purpose as are
just and proper and as the law may require.

Before me, Register for the probate of wills and granting letters of
administration, etc., in and for said County, came Henry Albaugh and George
Albaugh who being duly sworn according to law, does depose and say that they
will will and truly adminster the goods and chattels, rights and credits which
were of Henry Albaugh deceased, according to law, and also that they will
diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the provisions
of the Law Relating to Direct and Collateral Inheritances

CRAWFORD COUNTY, ss:
Before me, Register for the probate of wills, etc., in and for said
County, personally came Arthur V. Leberman subscribing witness to the attached
instrument of writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of Henry
Albaugh deceased, who, being duly sworn according to law, did depost and say
that he was present with and saw said testator, sign and seal said will, and
heard him pronounce and declare the same so signed and sealed as and for his
last will and testament. And at the time of so doing the said testator was of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the best of deponents
knowledge and belief. Also, that he signed his name as witness thereto at the
request, and in the presence of said testator, and in the presence of another
Witness.

On the 18 day of Nov. A.D. 1936, personally appeared before me, the
undersigned Register of Wills, etc., in and for said County Stuart A.
Cultertson and V. L. Greeley who, after having been by me duly qualified
according to law, did depose and say that they were will acquainted with L. H.
Lauderbaugh (who is now deceased) subscribing witness to the within instrument
of writing. purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Henry Albaugh,
deceased; that they frequently saw him write, are well acquainted with his
handwriting, and that the signature L. H. Lauderbaugh to the within instrument
of writing appended is in the proper handwriting of the said L. H. Lauderbaugh
to the best of their knowledge and belief.
