Mrs. Marjorie L. Wood of 610 North Main Street, widow of V.L. Wood, who had been partner in the Wood and Stone jewelry store, died late Wednesday afternoon after a long illness at the Rochester General Hoapital in Rochester, PA.

She is survived by a son, Wallace S. Wood, of Eastdale, [Eastville] and four grandsons, Fred E. Wood of Monaca; Vernon L. Wood of Beaver Falls; Ray F., of Eastdale, [Eastville] and John R., of Meadville; and by two sisters, Mrs. E.E. Stebbins of Akron, Ohio, and Miss Edna M. Stafford of Meadville.

Friends may call at the Roofner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Christ Episcopal Church, interment to follow at the Saegertown Cemetery.
