Miller, 84, of 120 East Second Street died at 8:45 P.M.
Thursday in Hillside Nursing Home.
Mr. Miller was born in Ridgway, Pa., Aug.10,1867. He had lived in
Jamestown for the past 50 years. He was employed as a chef in
variousJamestown restaurants for many years and later owned and operated
rooming houses before retiring. He was preceded in death by his wife,
Mrs. Emma Woodring Miller.
Surviving are a son, Clover T. Miller of Kimball Stand; a daughter,
Mrs. Zetta Williams of Meadville; four grandchildren, Mrs. Marvin Finson
of Greenhurst. Clover T. Miller Jr., of Jamestown, Adam Williams, who is
serving with the U.S. Army, and Bernard Williams of Erie; and six
great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11 A.M. Saturday from the
Powers Funeral Home. Rev. Paul W. Peterson will officiate. Burial will
follow in Greendale Cemetery, Meadville.
