Son of John and Anna Sherman Allbaugh. On 17 Oct. 1917, Carl married Mary Kennedy. They had two sons. About 1937, Carl married Martha Nora Limber Mosier Seiple. She had a daughter, Jeannine Ruth Seiple, whom he raised until his death. Carl served in the 423rd Battalion of the Signal Corps of the US Army from 14 Aug 1918 to 29 Mar 1919. Carl died in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Aspinwall, PA. His residence at his death was 117 Shenango Blvd., Farrell, Mercer County. PA.Find a Grave |
