| James Dunn was born in
1745 in Piscataway, NJ.
He was a lieutenant and captain in the Middlesex
County, New Jersey militia, and served in the battles of
the Jerseys to the close of the war. He was living in New
Jersey during the Revolution. He married Priscilla
Langstaff (1750-1839), in 1772. He died in Crawford County, PA in 1820.
