| The youngest member of Co. E, he enlisted at
Erie, PA with his father Ezra on November 25th, 1861
and mustered out on July 19, 1865. His father died
of illness in Baltimore on October 14, 1862
He lived in Conneaut Lake from 1856 until after his
marriage to Sara Jane McKay in 1870.
