Centralia, PA mortgages that were marked paid in 1906

Names appearing on a statement from the Citizens Building & Loan Association of Centralia to Frank W. Miller, Recorder of Deeds, Columbia County, PA. The statement is dated March 17, 1906 and in part reads as follows:
"Resolved: Thatas all of the mortgages given by the various persons from the time of incorporation to this date have been paid in full including debt, interest and cost, that by reason of all the mortgages being paid in full that the Recorder of Deeds be authorized to enter satisfaction on the records of the Court of all mortgages in which the Citizens Building and Loan Association is the Mortgagee."
"Now, this seventeenth day of March A. D. one thousand nine hundred and six the said Citizens Building and Loan Association does hereby authorize and empower Frank W. Miller, Recorder of Deeds at Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, in the County of Columbia for it and in its name and stead to enter satisfaction upon the margin of the records of all the hereafter mentioned mortgages, or of any other mortgages in which said Association as Plaintiff; the debt hereby secured in all of the cases in which said Association is plaintiff or mortgagee having been paid in full, and this for so doing shall be your sufficient warrant."
