John Arnold Hudson

John A. Hudson, 75, of Clearfield R.D. 3, died Saturday at the Clearfield Hospital, born June 13, 1896, in England, a son of the late Isaac and Priscilla (Arnold) Hudson. He was a retired coal miner.
Married to the former Gertrude Anna Hess on Feb. 22, 1923. He is survived by his wife and these children: Fred F. Ruffner, Corry; Eugene J. Hudson, Curwensville; Blaine P. Hudson, Palmdale, CA; and Mrs. Ethel H. Rowles, Tonawanda, N.Y.
Seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive as do these brothers and sisters: Arnold, Clearfield; Mrs. Mary Stiver, Hyde; Mrs. Martha Holt, Clearfield; James, Clarence, N.Y.
In addition to his parents one brother and one sister preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. from the Fred B. Leavy Funeral Home with Rev. H. R. Krapi officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Friends are being received at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and until time of services tomorrow.
