Raymond V. Bloom, 65, of Parade Street, Erie, a native ofGlen Ricbey, died yesterday in the Veterans Hospital at Erie.
A son of the late Gainer and Mary Jane (Denton) Bloom, he was born Aug. 9, 1898, at Glen Richey. Mr. Bloom was a vetern of World War I.
Surviving are two sons and two daughters: Edward, Clearfield; James, State College; Mrs. Donna Swisher, Woodland; and Mrs. Alice Bumbarger, Philadelphia. Also surviving are four brothers and two sisters: Ephriam, Chester and Charles, all of Niagara Falls, N. Y.; Russell, Williamsport; Mrs. Edward Mabel) Learish, Clearfield; and Mrs. Ruth Gage, Niagara Falls; and 19 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 1:30 p. m. from the Bennett Funeral Home at Clearfield with the Rev. Harrison Price officiating. Interment will be in Thompson's Cemetery at Glen Richey.
Friends may call at the funeral home tomorrow from 10a. m. until time of services. Military services will be conducted at the graveside by the John Lewis Shade Post No. 6, American Legion.
