I Mary Ann Wrigglesworth of the Township of Penn in the county of Clearfield and State of PA. being sick in body but sound of mind and memory considering the certainty of death and the uncertainity of the time thereof and to the end I may be better prepared to leave this world whenever it shall please God to lead me hence do therefore make and declare this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say I order all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and fully satisfied together with the proving of this my will.
First I give and bequeath unto my two sons John R Wrigglesworth and Joseph D Wrigglesworth all my messuage* lands and tenements and hereditaments situate lying and being in Penn Township Clearfield County and state of Pennsylvania bounded by lands of Isaiah Wall Miles Spencer Charles Cleaver and others to be divided between my two sons John R and Joseph D Wrigglesworth upon the majority of my youngest son Joseph D Wrigglesworth and in case of the death of either of the above named before arriving at majority the whole to revert to the living heir above mentioned and in case of death of both of the above named sons John R and Joseph D Wriggleworth the aforementioned lands and tenaments shall decend [sic] equally to my three daughters Sarah Ann Wrigglesworth Catharine Margery Wrigglesworth and Mary Jane Wrigglesworth. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Ann Wrigglesworth the sum of two hundred dollars unto her out of the Real estate when my two sons John R and Joseph D Wrigglesworth arrive at their majority I also bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Ann one cow to be delivered unto her whenever she requires it I give and bequeath unto my daughter Catharine Margery Wrigglesworth two hundred dollars to be paid her out of the real estate by my two sons John R and Joseph D Wrigglesworth when they attain twenty one years of age I also bequeath to my daughter Catharine Margery one cow to be delivered unto her when she shall require it I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Jane Wrigglesworth two hundred dollars to be paid to her as described to my daughters Sarah Ann Catharine Margery Wrigglesworth. I also bequeath to my daughter Mary Jane Wrigglesworth one cow to be delivered unto her when she shall require it and I further will that all my personal effects of whatsoever part or parts of which I shall die seized with shall remain on and with the above named Premises for the use of and the aforesaid family and I further bequeath that Benjamin Wriggleworth who is now in and upon the Premises shall be supported by and upon the named so long as he shall live and I do hereby nominate and appoint Nathan Moore of Penn Township County of Clearfield and state of PA executor of this my last will and declare this to be my only last will. I witness whereof I the said testator Mary Ann Wrigglesworth have to this last will and testament set my hand and seal the twenty-six day of December 1871
