The petition was granted and Lydia A. YORGEY became the administratrix [sic] On October 16, 1909, after as administratrix [sic] Lydia, filed a petition before the Hon. H. Willis BLAND, President Judge of the Orphans Court, to sell the real estate of the deceased Jacob F.YORGEY to settle his debts.
The petition of Lydia A. YORGEY, administratrix [sic] of Jacob F. YORGEY, late of Douglass Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, deceased, respectfully presents:
That the said Jacob F. YORGEY died on or about the 24th day of September, 1909, intestate, leaving to survive him a widow, Lydia A. YORGEY, and the following children and grand-children:
That the said decedent died seized of and --certain real estate situate in said County, a description of which is hereunto annexed, that the personal estate of said decedent is not sufficient for the payment of his debts as appears by an inventory and appraisement of all the personal estate of said decedent exhibited in the office of Register of said County and by his certification set forth herein.
Your petitioner therefore prays the Court to order the Sale of the said real estate for the payment of the debts of said decedent.

I George R. GREGORY, Register, in and for said County, do hereby certify that the amount of the personal property of Jacob F. YORGEY, late of Douglass Town- ship, in said County, deceased, as set forth and exhibited by the Inventory and appraisement of the same filed in this office is $1,526.15.
