Last Will and Testament of Morris B. Schaeffer

Before 1958, Berks County, PA

I, Morris B. Schaeffer in the County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, being of a sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at anytime heretofore made.

Item: I order and direct that all my just debts funeral expenses and taxes to be paid as soon as conveniently can be done after my decease.

Item: I give and bequeath to the Schwartzwald Cemetery Association of Exeter Township Berks Co., PA., the sum of one-hundred dollars, for the care and preservation of my lot on said Cemetary forever.

same may be real personal or mixed or wheresoever the same may be at the time of my decease, I order my executor hereinafter named to convert it into cash, and divide the net proceeds arising therefrom in five equal shares to wit:

one-fifth part thereof to my son Jacob,

one-fifth part thereof to my son Webster,

one-fifth part thereof to my son Dewey,

one-fifth part thereof to my daughter Sallie intermarried with Albert Oxenford,

And one-fifth part thereof to my daughter Mary intermarried with Robert Ritter.

I wish to mention that my son Barclay and Charles had their full share estate.

I nominate constitute and appoint Lawrence W. Mathias to be the sole executor of my last will and testament, and he is to see that the inscription is cut on my tomb stone which is already erected.
