Last Will of Simon Reigle (Riegel)

"Whereas Simon Reigle late of Bethel Township, County of Burcks and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania died leaving a last Will and Testament in which Johnathan Reigle and Jacob Walborn were appointed Executors And, Whereas the said Simon Reigle willed and bequeathed in said last Will and Testament certain personal estate to wit: a certain sum of money amounting to somewheres about two hundred and eleven dollars and a certain bond or obligation of the amount of about five hundred and twenty four dollars against one Christian Shade of the County of Columbiana and State of Ohio to Abraham Shade, Adam Shade, Samuel Shade, John Shade, Jonathan Shade, William Shade, Elizabeth formerly Shade now intermarried with Jacob Woolf and Sally formerly Shade, now intermarried with David Woolf children & heirs at law of Catharine Shade deceased (formerly Catharine Riegel, daughter of the said Simon Reigle & married to the said Christian Shade. Now Know All men by these presents that we Adam Shade of Portage County Ohio, Abraham Shade of Mediria County of the State last aforesaid, Jonathan Shade, William Shade, Samuel Shade, David Woolf and Jacob Woolf heirs and representatives of the said Catharine Shade dec. and all residing in the County of Columbiana aforesaid with the exception of the said Abraham and Adam Shade, for diverse good causes (?) hereunto moving have made constituted and appointed and by these presents do make constitute and appoint John Shade of the County of Columbiana aforesaid our true and lawful Attorney for us and in our names and for our own proper use and benefit to ask demand and receive of and from the said Jonathan Riegle & Jacob Walbourn Executors as aforesaid, or of an from any other person or persons who may administer upon the Estate of the said Simon Riegle dec. The said personal property to wit the said money and bonds so bequeathed as aforesaid or any legacy or legacies money or monies bond or bonds, claims demands or property of whatsoever kind or description that may be coming to us as requested or (?) at law of the said Catharine Shade dec. either in our own right or in the right of others and upon receipt thereof or payment to (?) or said Attorney a general release or discharge for the same, do make receive and deliver - be further authorize our said Attorney of receipts should require to institute any suit or suits at law in our (?) for the recovery of the same and to do hereby ratifying and confirming all and whatsoever our said Attorney shall lawfully do in the premises.
In witness whereof we have hereunto set our (?) and seals this 29th day of June 1831.

Be it remembered that on the 29th day of June 1831 personally came before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid, Abraham Shade, Jacob Woolf and David Woolf signers and sealers of the within Letter of Attorney and acknowledged the same to be their act and deed for the purpose therein expressed.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my and & seal the day and year above written.
