In the name of God Amen. I Mary More of Robeson Township in the county of Barks. Being weak of body But of a sound mind, memory, and understanding, Considering the uncertainty of this transitory life, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following wit.
First its my will and I do order that my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently after my decease as can be .
Item. I give and bequeath to my well beloved mother Elisebeth More one hundred dollars.
Item. I give and bequeth to my brother Jacob More twenty dollars.
Item. I give and bequeath to my brother-in-law Peter Zeimer one dollar
And all the residue of my property of whatever kind it may be .Its is my will that it be equally divided between my brothers John, George and Conrad More and my sister Catherine Frees and Eleskbeth Schweitzer and lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my brother Conrad More and my brother-in-law Michael Frees Executors of this my last will and testament .
In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal the thirteenth of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty one.

Barks County- On the 10th day of November A.D.1831. Then appeared Peter Klinger and Paul Geiger witnesses to the above will and being duly sworn according to law, did depose and say that they were present and saw and heard the testament sign, seal, publish [cane not read] and declare this instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament and that at the time of the doing thereof he was of sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief
