In the name of God, Amen. I Daniel Brownmiller of the township of Greenwich, County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, yeoman, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. And first I direct that my body be decently intered, according to the rites and ceremonies of the Christian church and that my funeral expenses be conducted in so manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life. So to such estate that it hath plased God to intrust me with, I dispose of as follows. viz.-
I give and bequeath unto Charles and Sarah Fisher minor children of my daughter Amilia deceased, to each, the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, which bequest my son Joseph shall safly keep until said Charles and Sarah shall arrive at age, in case one or both should die, under age, such share or shares shall be equally divided among my other children.
My daughter Isabella shall have one hundred dollars in advance, besides one bed.
My daughter Christianna shall have twenty-five dollars in advance.
My son, Monoville shall have one hundred dollars for his share.
My son Joseph shall have twenty-five dollars in advance, besides my watch.
My son Henry shall have his share out of my wife's estate as his advance.
All the rest and residue of my property, after my just debts and funeral expenses are paid, shall be equally divided into fives shares, manly, my daughter Isabella, Christianna, and Henry, my son, each shall have one share, and my son Joseph shall have two shares, my coin, Silver and gold shall be divided in the same manner.
My Bonds shall also be divided among my children and sold by my executor.
Lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Joseph sole executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof, I, Daniel Brownmiller have to this my will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this twentieth day of Jauary A.D. one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named dictator, as and for his last will and testament, in the presents of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereto in the presence of him, and of each other.

Miller the Subscribing Witnesses to the foregoing will being duly Sworn according to Law did depose and Says that they were present and did see and here Daniel Brownmiller the Testater Sign Seal publish and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and Testament that at the time of so doing he was of sound mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowlege observation and belief.

Last Will & Testament of Daniel Brownmiller proved Sept. 3rd 1878 and Letters Testamentary in Commen form were granted unto Joseph S. Brownmiller the Executor in the will named he having first been duly qualified thereto died on the 5th day of august AD 1878 at 3:15 o'clock P.M.
