The account of Frank Y Kaufman & Daniel C Butz, administrators, after due publication in accordance with law and Rules of Court, was called for audit June 6 1910 and the audit closed.

The decedent died, intestate and married, on the 7th day of November, 1907, leaving to survive him a widow, Mary H Marquett, and the following children, the last two of whom are minors having for their guardian the Colonial Trust Company, viz: Ida, Olinger, Nora Marquett, Sallie Marquett, Samuel Marquett, George Marquett, and Mabel Marquett.
The accountants submit to be surcharged in the personal account, with $7.92: and ask for, and are allowed additional credit, for 57 omitted from the credit side of that account and for $8.00, the cost of filing the account--the latter amount to be distributed direct to the register.
The account of the personal property shows a balance due the accountants, of $656.25 and the account of the proceeds of the real estate sold, shows a balance due the estate, of $1,607.03; leaving the net balance due the estate, $950.78. Of that amount, after the deduction of the legal charges, one-third will be distributed to a trustee hereafter appointed for the widow, and the balance to the heirs according to their respective interests.

The Account, statement. &c., are hereto attached: and it is ordered and decreed that Frank Y Kaufman and Daniel C Butz, administrators as aforesaid, do pay the distributions to the persons respectively entitled thereto. June 14, 1910. This report is confirmed nisi.

Proceedings before the Hon. H. Willis Bland, P. J. of said court, June 6, 1910.
Mr. Bertolet: The account submits to be surcharged for an error in the personal account, of $7.92, so that the balance in that account will be decreased by the amount of the surcharge, said balance being due the accountants. He asks for additional credit of 57 omitted in getting up the account, and also for the cost for the filing the account, of $8.00.
