Firstly, I recommend my Soul into the Hands of my Redeemer Jesus Christ and that my Body may be buried in a Christian like manner according to the Direction of my herein appointed & named Executors.

As to my temporal Estate with which the Lord has blessed me in this World, I divide that as follows. I bequeath unto my dear wife Anna Maria my Bed and Bedstead, and her Chest, and I give her Liberty to take of my Household Furniture for her Use and Benefit as much as she pleases, amongst which shall be principally the Stove and House Clock, the Kitchen Cupboard with all that is upon it, and of my Books as many as she may want for her Use.

And I bequeath further to my dear wife Anna Maria one of my Cows whichever she may wish to have and it is further my Will & I ordain, that, after my dear wife Anna Maria has taken her furniture then my Executors herein named shall make Public Sale of the Residue and shall pay one Third part of the money to my wife Anna Maria without any Deduction towards the personal goods which she has before drawn of my personal goods, and it is my Will that the said Household Furniture which my wife Anna Maria has in her Hands for her Use and Benefit shall after her Decease be divided equally amongst my Heirs.

And further it is my Will that my Executors herein named shall be bound to pay into the Hands of my wife, Anna Maria, yearly the sum of Eighteen Pounds good gold or silver piece according to its current value in Pennsylvania for her Subsistence and my Executors herein named shall immediately after my Decease take care that a Capital of Three Hundred Pounds be put to interest in safe Hand, out of which the said Sum of Eighteen Pounds which my wife Anna Maria is to have for her Subsistence shall yearly be drawn, and further it is my Will that if the said Eighteen Pounds of Interest should not be sufficient for the Subsistence of my wife Anna Maria then my Executors herein named shall supply her my wife Anna Maria out of the Capital with as much as she wants and it is further my Will that if my wife Anna Maria should wish to stay her Lifetime at the Place where I now live she shall be at Liberty so to do, but should she wish to live with one of her Children then my Executors herein named shall sell my real Estate and shall give unto my wife Anna Maria every year & other for one Cow besides the aforesaid Eighteen Pounds and it is my Will that my Son Andrew Weyler shall have the Hundred Pounds which I gave him when he bought his Place for his Right of Preference before my other Children but then afterwards he shall not draw Two Shares but shall have an equal Share with my other Children.

Of my children, there are at present five to wit–Catherine married to George Paltzgrove, my son Andrew Weyler, Christina married to Henry Schleicher, my daughter Barbara married to John Adam Gehry, my son John Weyler.

And it is my Will that after my wife Anna Maria has received the afores: Reservation then it shall be divided in equal Shares. Yet it is my Will and I ordain herewith that the Two Shares to wit of my Daughter Catharine and my Daughter Barbara the Shares of my Estate coming to them shall remain in the Hands of my wife Anna Maria until after her Death and then the sd: Two Shares of my Daughter Catherine and my Daughter Barbara shall be divided amongst their children as soon as they arrive at their Lawful Age.

Finally, I do hereby appoint and fully authorize as Executors: my beloved son John Weyler and my Son in Law Henry Schleicher that they do divide the Estate which I may leave duly and to the best of their might amongst my Children or their rightful Heirs as is mentioned in this my Last Will & Testament and I do hereby make null and void all Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made.
