Robeson Twp 1880
In the Name of God Amen I Septimus L Ringler of Robeson Township Berks County and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory and considering this frail and transitory life do therefore make ordain publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament that is to say;
First after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged the residue of my estate real and personnel I give and bequeath and dispose if as follows;
To my beloved wife the land and aperainments attached thereon known as S L Ringler's Truck Farm lying in Robeson Township, Berks County. Together with all that belongs to me such as wagons, horse and slings and other farming utensils during the term of bearing the S L Ringler and after her death to be equally divided share and share alike amongst my children that are then living or their heirs who may be then living at the time of her demise.
Likewise I make constitute and appoint my wife sole executor of this y Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. Now in witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 14th day of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Nine.

The within instrument was subscribe by said Septimus L Ringler in our presence and acknowledged by him to each of us and he at the same time published and declared to us the above instrument so subscribed to be his last will and testament, and we at the testators request and in his presence have signed our names as witnesses hereto and written opposite our names our respective places of residence.

Codicil to my will above.
Whereas I S L Ringler Township of Robeson County of Berks & State of Pennsylvania have made my Last Will and Testament. That no lawyer is to have one cent of this estate and if my wife is not capable she is empowered to chose one or more to assist her.
