The petition of Jacob Haag, David Haag, Nicholas Haag and John Haag all sons of Sarah Haag late of the Township of Penn in the said County deceased Humbly Sheweth that your Petitioners are minors above the age of fourteen years and have no Guardians appointed to take care of their Estates. Your Petitioners, therefore pray your Honours, to admit them to make choice of David Haag as Guardian for the purpose aforesaid And they will pray ---

The petition of David Haag of Penn Township Berks County Humbly Sheweth that the wife of your Petitioner to wit Sarah Haag died some years since and left issue five children one of whom to wit William Haag is a minor under the age of fourteen years and has no Guardian to take care of his estate. Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays your Honours to appoint some proper person as Guardian of said Minor. And he will pray---
