Hereford 1899
To the Honorable the Judges of the Orphans’ Court
Of the County of Berks Pennsylvania:
The Petition of Susanna Moll Administratrix, etc., of Samuel Moll late of the Township of Hereford in said County of Berks Deceased, respectfully represents:
That the said Samuel Moll died on or about the 26th day of November A.D. 1899, intestate leaving to survive him a widow Susanna Moll and the following children: John A. Moll, Elmer H. Moll, Harvey A. Moll, Laura Bittenbender, Catharine Ann Breish, Martha Boyer, all of whom are of age except Elmer H. and Harvey H. who have no guardians.
That the personal estate of said decedent is insufficient for the payment of his debts, as will appear by a true and perfect inventory and conscionable appraisement of all the personal estate whatsoever of the said decedent, and a just and true account of all the debts of said decedent which have come to the knowledge of the petitioner; - a certificate of the amount of said inventory and appraisement and said account being hereto annexed.
The petitioner further represents, that the said Samuel Moll died seized in his demesne as of fee, of and in certain real estate, situate in the Township of Hereford, aforesaid particularly described in a statement hereto annexed, marked Schedule “B.”
The petitioner therefore pray the Court to order the sale of the said real estate for the payment of the debts of the said decedent. And she will ever pray, etc.

Susanna Moll being duly sworn, say that the statement in the forgoing petition are true; that the exhibits herewith presented are, respectively, a true and perfect inventory and conscionable appraisement of all the personal estate whatsoever of said decedent, and a just and true account of all the debts of said decedent and of all the real estate of the decedent, wheresoever situate, which have come to the knowledge of the petitioner, as she verily believe.
