In the matter of the administration of the Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits of Percival Haag, Penn Township Deceased. The petition of Charles F. Haag respectively showeth that Percival Haag was a resident of Berks County, State of Pennsylvania, and departed this life intestate in Penn Twp. In the County of Berks and State of Penna on the 29 day of January A.D. 1906, at 6:30 P.M. That the said Percival Haag deceased, left him surviving, the following-named widow, heirs and next of kin, to wit:- Sophia Haag, widow, Bernville; Charles F. Haag, son, Bernville and Samuel F. Haag, son, Bernville and no other next of Kin.
The said intestate was possessed of Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits to the value of $300.00 and of real estate (less incumbrance) to the value of $3,000.00 as near as can be ascertained, situated as follows: A house and lot in the Borough of Bernville, a farm of 23 acres in Penn Twp. And three lots in the Penn Twp., all in the County of Berks, Penna. Therefore, the said Charles F. Haag respectfully appeals for Letters of Administration upon the Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits of which said Percival Haag died possessed.

Note: There are also appraisers for personal property for the amount of $230.00. It included two cows and a gray mare. Sophia Haag could not write and signed with her mark.
