Register of Wills and ex-officio Clerk of Orphans’ Court for the County of Berks, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
In the matter of the Administration of Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits of Monroe Heckman, deceased.
The petition of Alice N Heckman and Charles N Heckman respectfully showeth that Monroe Heckman was a resident of Berks County, State of Pennsylvania, and departed this life intestate at Perry Township, in the County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, on the 3rd day of May A.D. 1909 at 6:20 o’clock A.M. That the said Monroe Heckman deceased, left his surviving, the following named widow, heirs and next of kin, to wit:
The said intestate was posses of Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits to the value of $600.00 and of real estate (less encumbrance) to the value of $3500.00 as near as can be ascertained, situated as follows: tract of land in Perry Township, Berks Co., PA
Therefore, the said Alice M Heckman, and Charles N Heckman respectfully apply for Letters of Administration upon the Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits of which said Monroe Heckman died possessed.
